Resting Metabolic Rate Test
30 minutes
$75
Resting metabolic rate is the amount
of calories you would burn if you
continued to sit in a chair all day
(just as you will be during this
test). The test measures how much
oxygen your body uses in 10 minutes,
and that tells us how much energy
(calories) you are burning. The test
is accurate and our Reevue device is
FDA approved.
Initial Nutrition Evaluation
70 minutes
$120
Our dietitian, Laura Baker, will
analyze your food log and suggest
improvements for optimal health and
weight loss.
Follow-up Session
50 minutes
$90
This session is appropriate for
clients who have completed the
Healthy Habits Program or who have
had an Initial Nutrition Evaluation.
Our
weight management program is
headed by Laura Baker, dietitian and
certified Pilates instructor. Laura

classes on topics such as
gestational diabetes, weight
management, and cholesterol. Laura
is currently pursuing a Master of
Science in Nutrition at Bastyr
