Pilates for Beginners Intensive

PILATES FOR BEGINNERS INTENSIVE is a series of 12 Pilates classes limited to six participants only. The Intensive is designed for beginners who want to achieve faster results by committing to a Pilates routine of three sessions a week. Weekday classes focus on using the equipment while the weekend class focuses on the mat. After completing the Intensive, clients will be ready for semi-private sessions as well as mat classes.

Pilates for Beginners on Sundays

PILATES FOR BEGINNERS is a series of 50-minute classes designed to set the basic foundation for Pilates work. Classes focus on introducing students to a true Pilates session which consists of apparatus and matwork. Clients learn the order of the exercises, the principles of Pilates, equipment setup, and how to perform each exercise with proper form and alignment. Equipment used includes the reformer, wall unit, chair, and barrels. This series is limited to six participants.
