Metropolitan Pilates offers new clients different ways to start Pilates. Privates are the best way to start because of the individual focus of these sessions. For clients who wish to work on the mat only, the Pilates Fundamentals mat class is offered. We also offer group classes that include both apparatus and matwork:

PILATES FOR BEGINNERS INTENSIVE - This beginner class is a series of 8 Pilates workouts limited to six participants only. Focus is on developing a strong core and performing exercises with proper form and alignment. Clients must sign up for the series. There's no refund for classes missed. This series is being offered on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm with Adrianna.

January - $200 + tax

It is designed for beginners who want to achieve faster results by committing to a Pilates routine of three times a week. Clients must sign up for the series. There's no refund for classes missed. This series is being offered on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm, plus Saturdays at 10am.
