Private sessions consist of both apparatus
and matwork and are 55 minutes in length. Clients work
one-on-one with an instructor and exercises are tailored
specifically to one’s body. Because of the individual focus,
private sessions are the best way to start Pilates.
Pilates for Beginners is a series of six
50-minute classes introducing clients to a true Pilates workout.
Classes consist of apparatus and matwork. This series is limited
to six participants.
