PILATES CLASSES

Metropolitan Pilates offers group classes to beginners as well as advanced clients. The Pilates for Beginners classes include apparatus and matwork and are offered to clients who are new to Pilates. For the more advanced client, we offer the wall unit class (a.k.a. tower class). Mat classes are offered to all levels. All classes are 50 minutes.

PILATES FOR BEGINNERS INTENSIVE

This beginner class is a series of 8 Pilates workouts limited to 6 participants only. Focus is on developing a strong core and performing exercises with proper form and alignment. Classes include apparatus and matwork. Clients must sign up for the series. There's no refund for classes missed.

TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS at 5pm
Cost: $200 + tax (per month)

INTRO PILATES FOR BEGINNERS

This introductory class is a series of 4 Pilates workouts limited to 6 participants only. It is designed to set the basic foundation for Pilates work. Classes include apparatus and matwork. Clients must sign up for the series. There's no refund for classes missed.

WALL UNIT CLASSES  |  RATES

Our wall unit/tower class combines matwork with specific spring exercises that target strengthening the joints and elongating bulky muscles. This is a rigorous Pilates workout for intermediate students looking to advance their skills. Instructor permission and advanced registration are required. Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies. We offer the option to purchase a single wall unit class or a wall unit package.

MAT CLASSES  |  RATES

Mat classes are offered to those who wish to complement private and semi-private sessions. Clients new to Pilates should attend the Pilates Fundamentals class. The Stretch & Strengthen and Intermediate mat classes are offered from June 1 to August 31. Mat classes are drop-in. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign in. We offer the option to purchase a single mat class or a mat class package.
