New clients begin with a series of private sessions. These sessions allow the instructor to develop a customized system of exercises to address each new client's needs, goals, and previous injuries. More advanced clients benefit from private instruction to improve precision, add new exercises to their Pilates workout, work on a specific issue or on rehabilitation from injury.


Duet sessions are ideal for individuals who have a workout partner at the same fitness level and with similar goals, and who want to keep their sessions to two participants only. These sessions can be more customized than semi-privates.


In a semi-private session, three to four clients work together with an instructor. Scheduling a semi-private must be done through the front desk as we'd like to make sure all participants are at the same level.


You can transition to semi-privates when:

  • You know the names of the exercises in your program
  • You know the order in which the exercises are performed
  • You know how to set up your equipment and can work independently

If you think you want to start semi-privates, let your instructor know. He/she will make sure that you are prepared for this new step.

MatPlus™ classes incorporate spring exercises for a more rigorous Pilates mat workout. All classes are intermediate level. Advance registration and prepayment are required to reserve a spot. A minimum of four participants is required for each class.

  • Saturdays 10am   •   Fundamentals MatPlus™ with Adrianna

Stretch & Strengthen MatPlus™ is a challenging intermediate level class focusing on building strength and flexibility. The use of springs helps build muscle tone and a longer portion of the class is dedicated to stretching. Participants must have a good understanding of the full intermediate mat and some advanced exercises.

Fundamentals MatPlus™ focuses on establishing the connection between the powerhouse and the rest of the body. It's an ideal class for those who want to learn how to work more deeply and intensely for faster results.
